A noted leader both within the firm and in the legal community, Lauren has held various positions throughout her career. At Fox, Lauren is a member of the Executive Management Committee, the firm’s governing body, and was Co-Chair of the Women’s Initiative Network, which offers assistance with marketing and networking, mentoring and work/life balance as well as invests resources into the recruitment and career development of women attorneys. She also serves as Co-Chair of Fox’s Title Insurance Group and was Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department Training Program.

Lauren has been an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association throughout her career. In 2021, she served as its Chancellor, the 10th woman to lead the 200-year-old organization. She previously served on its Board of Governors, where she was elected to a three-year term (2014-2017) and served as Chair in 2016. In addition, Lauren is a longstanding appointee to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's House of Delegates.
