Fox Rothschild congratulates Leigh F. Prince who was selected to Connect CRE’s 2025 Atlanta & Southeast Lawyers in Real Estate Award list.

Presented to ten distinguished attorneys in each Connect CRE market, honorees are selected for their impact in the real estate industry and contributions to the greater community.

Prince, a partner in our Real Estate Department, provides comprehensive support throughout the zoning entitlement process, from due diligence to agency approvals and, when necessary, litigation. She was noted by Connect CRE for her work overseeing the annexation and rezoning for a planned community of single-family and multifamily homes in North Carolina, and performing due diligence for renewable energy sites in the Carolinas.

Beyond her legal work, Prince mentors women attorneys and coordinates her office’s “Ladies Who Lunch,” which drives connections between lawyers across a range of generations and practices.

Prince actively engages with the community through her role as Parliamentarian on the Board of Directors for the Lake Norman Chapter of the Young Men’s Service League, and as a member of CREW and the North Carolina Association of Municipal Attorneys.
