Biography
Lynn guides clients through mergers and acquisitions and the diligence process, leveraging her prior work experience in education to provide clear, comprehensible legal advice. Lynn has completed deals in many sectors, including the software, aerospace and alcohol beverage industries.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Lynn drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and assists with general corporate matters. Clients appreciate Lynn’s can-do attitude and detail-oriented nature.
Before Fox Rothschild
Lynn joined us from an AmLaw 100 law firm. She is a former law clerk for the Honorable Charles M. Walker of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
While in law school, Lynn spent a semester working in-house as the student attorney in residence for the U.S. subsidiary of a major international tire and mobility company. She also completed an internship with an international paper, pulp and corrugated packaging company. Prior to law school, Lynn participated in Teach for America, leading a classroom of English as a Second Language students.
