Maddie helps clients resolve labor and employment-related disputes and advises them on day-to-day workplace issues.

She is experienced in matters involving:

  • Retaliation.
  • Wage and hour claims.
  • Protected leave.
  • Restrictive covenants.

She also advises on hiring, terminations, workplace policy and documentation of performance issues to reduce potential liability.

Before Fox Rothschild

Maddie joined us from a national labor and employment law firm. She previously practiced at national insurance defense firm.

While earning her law degree, Maddie externed for a national food company, clerked for a criminal defense and family law firm and interned with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in Washington, DC.

In law school, Maddie was the Arkansas Law Notes Editor and a Staff Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. She also competed on the National Online Moot Court Competition Team, where she served as the team's Brief Manager. Maddie was a voting member of the law school's Honor Council, Social Media Chair for the Board of Advocates, a Faculty Recruitment Officer for the Anti Bias Anti Racism Taskforce, a student liaison for the faculty's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Financial Director of the Women Law Students Association and Treasurer of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Maddie also worked as a teaching assistant in her law school's Legal Research & Writing Department throughout her second and third years of law school. Maddie received the Most Outstanding Contribution to the Law School Community Award from her graduating class for exceptional positive contributions and service to her law school community.
