He has appeared on behalf of clients in state and federal courts in connection with real estate claims, breach of contract actions, attorney malpractice defense, fraud counts, employment litigation and insurance claims. He represents real estate agents, real estate brokerage firms, developers and property owners in general commercial liability matters as well as real estate litigation and construction matters including lien claims, contract actions and workplace injuries. He also counsels clients on a variety of commercial transactions and real estate matters, including leases, purchases and sales of commercial and multifamily residential properties, warehouses and health clubs. Additionally, Marc represents clients seeking reductions in real estate assessed valuations and in obtaining tax-related incentives.
