With nearly three decades of litigation experience, Marc is a nationally recognized transportation and logistics attorney who represents motor carriers, brokers, shippers and logistics companies throughout the United States. He advises clients on transportation contracts, risk management, regulatory compliance, accident response and litigation, and regularly handles freight claims, broker liability claims, catastrophic accident litigation and insurance coverage disputes.

Marc also helps clients prevent, manage and resolve disputes involving transportation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and personal injury matters in state and federal courts.

Marc’s litigation practice extends beyond transportation and logistics to include commercial disputes and real estate-related litigation, including eminent domain proceedings.

As member of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security Practice, Marc also provides advice on cybersecurity, data breach prevention and response. He helps clients identify and manage first- and third-party data privacy and security risks under state and federal law, and craft policies and procedures to prevent and respond to data theft.
