A Fox Rothschild Corporate team, led by Deana A. Labriola, represented Parsons Medical Communications (PMC) through its acquisition to Fingerpaint Group, a portfolio company of Knox-Lane.

PMC, a women-owned full-service scientific agency focused on the eyecare segment, provides scientific strategy and communications to both large, global and emerging pharmaceutical companies. 

Fingerpaint Group is an integrated collection of health care companies whose creative solutions are fueled by the deep human and scientific insights that drive change.

PMC will join Fingerpaint Group's branch of Specialty Services offerings and Erin Parsons, founder of PMC, will continue to lead her team as Managing Director.

Labriola was assisted by a cross-office, multidisciplinary Fox team consisting of: Sarah Rozek, Martin A. Culhane III, Pamela A. Thein and Jeremy R. Sayre.
