Fox Rothschild welcomes Christopher Zamlout to the New York office as counsel in the Labor & Employment Department and Hospitality Practice Group.

Zamlout concentrates his practice on management-side labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on the hospitality industry. He counsels employers throughout New York and New Jersey on a broad range of workforce matters, including workplace investigations, leave and benefits administration, HR policy development and day-to-day regulatory compliance.

He also represents employers in employment litigation, defending single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, class and collective actions under state and federal law. Zamlout’s experience encompasses wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and retaliation matters.

Drawing on his time as in-house employment counsel for a major international hospitality company, Zamlout works closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives while minimizing legal and operational risk.

Zamlout earned his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and B.S. from Binghamton University, State University of New York.

Prior to joining Fox, Zamlout was an associate attorney at Jackson Lewis.
