Chris concentrates his practice on management-side labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on the hospitality industry. He counsels employers throughout New York and New Jersey on a broad range of workforce matters, including workplace investigations, leave and benefits administration, HR policy development and day-to-day regulatory compliance.

Chris defends employers against single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective claims under state and federal law. His employment litigation experience encompasses wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and retaliation matters.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Chris served as a senior associate at a management-side labor and employment law firm in New Jersey, during which he was seconded as employment counsel to a major international hospitality company. Earlier in his career, he practiced at several litigation-focused law firms in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. Chris also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David B. Katz of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. He completed judicial externships with the Honorable Nelson S. Roman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Madeline E. Cox-Arleo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
