  • Served as National Coordinating Counsel for Fortune 50 transportation company defending against tort-based claims attacking independent contractor business model.
  • Represent banking institutions in complex statutory and fraud cases in federal district court and appellate courts throughout the country.
  • First-chaired and won six-day federal trial that invalidated law under the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution and resulted in a six-figure damages award and a six-figure attorneys’ fees’ recovery for client.
