  • Represented Twiage, a health technology company that streamlines pre-hospital communication and care coordination among EMS, hospitals and other health care providers, in its sale to strategic acquirer TigerConnect, the industry’s leading clinical collaboration platform.

  • Served as legal advisor to Adfire Health, a health care professionals (HCP) data and digital engagement company, in its acquisition by Health Union, the recognized leader in condition-specific online health communities and patient engagement.

  • Represented a U.K.-based service provider of IT solutions to private companies, government organizations and nonprofit organizations in their commercial expansion to the U.S.

  • Represented a U.K.-based executive hire consulting firm in their expansion to the U.S., including creation of U.S. holding company and operating subsidiary, in corporate and immigration related projects.
  • Represented a Norwegian workplace evaluation and customer services SaaS platform in expansion to the U.S., including creation of U.S. domestic subsidiary and review of various partnership agreements and commercial contracts, and related analysis of data privacy issues.
  • Represented a U.K. and Argentinian-based provider of outsourced software technology developers in their expansion to the U.S., including corporate compliance, HR issues, visa issues and related data privacy issues.
  • Represented a Japanese public company in its acquisition of a group of U.S.-based pork production facilities, including transfer of key animal genetic assets, related IP, and advised on federal and state animal law issues.
  • Inc. 100 leader in global in-app advertising for Facebook, Apple (iOS) and Android developers, in connection with a recapitalization and investment by a U.S.-based private equity fund.
