Biography
Mayank defends employers in complex employment litigation, wage-and-hour disputes, class and collective action cases, and regulatory enforcement actions across a broad range of industries. He also maintains an active commercial and real estate litigation practice, handling matters from inception through trial, arbitration and appeal.
Mayank litigates claims arising under Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state wage-and-hour statutes. He represents employers before federal and state courts, the EEOC and the American Arbitration Association.
His class and collective action work often tackles novel advances in the law, such as addressing tip-credit claims post Loper Bright. Mayank also provides employment counseling and compliance advice to corporate clients, including drafting and updating employee handbooks, preparing state-specific policy addenda and advising on regulatory compliance, workplace policy issues, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters.
On the commercial and real estate side, Mayank assists in defending real estate brokerage firms and in debt collection and foreclosure matters. His practice spans the full lifecycle of litigation, from inception to judgment.
Mayank also serves as the Atlanta office representative on the firm’s Associate Liaison Committee.

Before Fox Rothschild
Mayank was a summer associate at Fox and joined us full time after graduating from law school.
While in law school, he had a summer internship at the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
As a law student, Mayank served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association at Emory, and as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the law school's Student Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Mayank was an immigration paralegal at a San Diego law firm.

Accomplishments
Mayank completed the Georgia Bar (ABA) Labor and Employment Mentorship Academy, a competitive program pairing junior attorneys with experienced practitioners through judicial experiences, mock mediation and summary judgment arguments before sitting judges, and practical workshops.
