Biography
Mayank is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Department and assists in defending employers in litigation.
He has experience in litigating discrimination claims under Title VII and the Equal Pay Act. He advises on workplace policy issues and regulatory compliance.
Mayank also assists clients in commercial litigation and real property matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Mayank was a summer associate at Fox and joined us full time after graduating from law school.
While in law school, he had a summer internship at the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
As a law student, Mayank served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association at Emory, and as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the law school's Student Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Mayank was an immigration paralegal at a San Diego law firm.
