Biography
Meeghan is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer known for delivering strategic, results-oriented advocacy in high-stakes disputes across a broad range of industries.
Representing clients in business and commercial litigation, real estate disputes and intellectual property and entertainment matters, Meeghan brings both courtroom skill and practical judgment to complex legal challenges.
Meeghan has tried cases in federal and state courts, representing clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and dispositive motion practice to trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeal. Her practice is defined by meticulous preparation, clear strategic thinking and the ability to translate complicated facts and legal issues into persuasive arguments before judges, juries and appellate panels.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Meeghan was a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of a national law firm. She was also a law clerk in the Business and Legal Affairs department at Fox Sports before serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
During law school, Meeghan served as a Staff Editor for Spotlight: USC’s Entertainment Law Journal, while also taking part in USC’s Immigration Clinic and acting as a peer mentor. Meeghan graduated law school with certificates in Business Law and Media and Entertainment Law.
Before enrolling in law school, Meeghan pursued a career as a musician, releasing music as a solo artist and joining an all-girl pop group created by JC Chasez of *NSYNC and Golden Globe® award-winning producer and songwriter Jimmy Harry. Meeghan was also Miss Teen Asia USA from 2011 to 2012, using her platform to advocate for the integration of eastern and western cultures.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
In addition to her law practice, Meeghan is an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law, where she teaches copyright law in the context of the entertainment industry, and part of the USC Alumni Network, volunteering her time to mentor students interested in pursuing careers in law. She is also an active member of the Asian-American community and continues to campaign for Asian representation and integration in various industries.
