A Fox Rothschild corporate team, led by Arina Shulga, acted as U.S. counsel to Ufenau Capital Partners (Ufenau), a Swiss investment firm, in the sale of its shares in Altano International GmbH (Altano) to Bridgepoint.

Altano is a global network of 110 leading equine clinics and ambulatory practices, supported by nearly 1,000 veterinarians across Europe, North America and Oceania. The group provides routine, emergency and specialty services, including advanced imaging, surgery, sports medicine and breeding care.

As U.S. counsel to Ufenau, Shulga played an important role in the sale by leading domestic due diligence and helping navigate the U.S. aspects of the transaction’s cross-border structure.
