Fox Rothschild’s Business Development & Marketing Department has been named a finalist in the Best Business Team category of The American Lawyer’s Industry Awards. The award honors teams of business professionals that have made identifiable impacts on their organizations.

Our Business Development & Marketing Department was recognized on the strength of multiple initiatives, including the launch of Generation Fox in 2024 to create a firmwide focus for our community efforts — empowering youth. Since its inception, the firm has donated more than $1.6 million and 1000+ service hours to more than 375 youth-focused organizations coast to coast.

The department also leads a business development training program that equips associates and new partners with the skills needed to build client and referral relationships. For associates, the initiative connects law firm economics to business development and reinforces learning through peer discussions, office hours and quarterly programming. For newly elevated partners, the Business Development Deep Dive provides cohort-based coaching on identifying opportunities, assessing buyer readiness and executing strategies to grow client relationships.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on November 12, 2026.
