Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce its Cannabis and ERISA Litigation practices have been ranked in The Legal 500 – 2025 United States Edition.

The Legal 500 analyzes the strengths of law firms in over 150 jurisdictions and highlights the practice area teams that provide “the most cutting edge and innovative advice to corporate counsel.”

Ranked for the third consecutive year, Fox’s nationwide Cannabis team “provides bespoke advice on cross-border acquisitions, state compliance regulations, and venture capital transactions, with a primary focus on the medical marijuana and pharma industries.” The group is featured for being “well equipped to handle disputes relating to summary determination orders, alongside litigation arising from venders and service providers.”

The Legal 500 highlighted Cannabis Co-Chairs William Bogot and Joshua Horn, as well as partners Sean Coyle, Matthew Kittay and Fruqan Mouzon as pivotal members of the team.

With a team of “experienced ERISA litigators and employee benefits attorneys across the US,” Fox’s ERISA Litigation team, which is ranked for the second consecutive year, is acknowledged for representing “plan sponsors, fiduciaries, third-party administrators and insurance companies in defense of class action lawsuits.”

Fox’s national ERISA Litigation team includes experienced and well-regarded ERISA litigators and employee benefits counselors — located throughout the U.S. — who work closely with clients to mitigate litigation risk related to employee benefit plans and, when necessary, defend clients against individual and class action lawsuits.

ERISA Litigation Co-Chair Brian Cousin, Kenton Coppage, José Jara and Mitch Reid were noted as key attorneys.
