Biography
Nick represents businesses in labor and employment matters and commercial litigation.
With an MBA and a sharp business focus, Nick helps clients take proactive steps and conduct training to limit their liability and avoid costly missteps. When problems do occur, he works with clients to resolve their issues as efficiently, practically and pragmatically as possible.
Nick defends employers against a wide range of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination suits, claims brought under the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and challenges to restrictive covenant agreements. He is also well versed in Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance issues, having successfully abated upwards of $3 million in Employer Shared Responsibility Payments assessed against his clients.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Nick was a senior associate at a boutique law firm in Atlanta where he worked on a wide variety of labor and employment and business litigation issues.
In graduate school, Nick was articles editor for the Emory Law Journal and chief legal officer for Goizueta Impact Investors.
