Paul represents and defends manufacturers in the aviation sector ranging from makers of standard products to the developers of highly sophisticated devices involving artificial intelligence and UAV technologies.
Paul tracks emerging issues at the intersection of product liability and aviation law. He is particularly fluent in the developing area of UAV law and is a frequent speaker on topics of law and technology. Paul recently briefed the issue of federal preemption in aviation before the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Aerospace Industries Association of America as amicus curiae.
