Paul advises recording artists and world touring musicians on a broad range of legal issues. An accomplished musician in his own right, his clients include managers of Grammy^® Award-winning and -nominated musicians, independent filmmakers and music streaming service startups.

He is experienced in assisting bands and managers in coordinating European and U.S. concert tours, including performance agreements, band member agreements and immigration and other logistical issues. He has also negotiated contracts for digital distribution rights and live performance recording releases, as well as licenses for sync-right deals and commercial placements.

Paul has also guided celebrities in navigating a public relations crisis, including strategizing to achieve damage control and more aggressive tactics to contain image-harming incidents such as cease-and-desist letters.
