Biography
A member of the firm's Office of General Counsel, Rachelle provides risk management, ethics and compliance advice to our attorneys. She also proactively resolves conflicts while handling litigation, mediation and other legal issues.
Rachelle’s skills extend to remote work, privacy, information security, artificial intelligence, labor and employment, and more.
She partners within the office to blend risk management into all aspects of the firm’s operations, helping to develop strategies that anticipate, assess and address emerging risks and work to protect our attorneys’ interests.
As a member of our Cultural Engagement Council, Rachelle also advises leadership on how best to advance the firm’s cultural engagement initiatives while complying with applicable laws.

Rachell is a trustee of Saint Elizabeth University in Morristown, NJ.
She also provides legal assistance to various immigration-related organizations, mentors high school and college students, and is active in the Latin American community.
