Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Lindsay Case to the Minneapolis office as counsel in the Real Estate Department.

Case advises clients on a broad range of real estate financing matters and assists with the structuring of joint venture, preferred equity and land banking transactions.

She guides clients through complicated real estate transactions from start to finish, including bridge, mezzanine and construction loan originations. She facilitates repurchase agreements and collateralized loan obligation issuances, prepares and negotiates documentation for all deal aspects and reviews easements, entitlements and related matters. Case also provides advice on issues that may arise from title, survey and other due diligence.

Case has significant experience representing mortgage banking clients nationwide originating, selling and servicing loan transactions sold to secondary market investors through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD programs.

She earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.S. from Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Prior to joining Fox, Case was an attorney at Moss & Barnett.
