Biography
Robert is a member of the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department. He centers his practice on complex litigation stemming from bankruptcy matters, including claims against corporate directors and officers.
He is also a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group and has assisted in high-stakes litigation, including an appeal before the Colorado Court of Appeals that resulted in reinstatement of a $100 million arbitration award in a dispute between former business partners in a cannabis dispensary chain.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Robert was a summer associate at the firm. While earning his law degree, he interned for U.S. District Judge Wendy Beetlestone of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
At University of Michigan Law School, Robert contributed to the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review and served as executive production editor. He also earned the merit-based Dean's Scholarship.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Robert is a classically trained singer. In 2019, he won a GRAMMY® Award for Best Choral Performance as a member of The Crossing on the recording "Zealot Canticles" by Lansing McLoskey.
