Robert advises clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including sales, purchases, leases, zoning and land development, and real estate disputes.

He regularly negotiates office, commercial and industrial leases on behalf of tenants and landlords. Robert's leasing experience spans a diverse array of businesses across the country, including first-time franchisees in multiple industries, build-to-suit warehouse leases for an international appliance manufacturer, retail leases for the world’s largest music school and turnkey office leases on behalf of a national shipping company. Robert is also a strong advocate throughout the term, renewal and expiration of a lease, helping landlord and tenant clients navigate and resolve issues that arise during the landlord-tenant relationship.

Robert's practice also focuses on the creation and administration of commercial and mixed-use condominiums, as well as residential and nonresidential planned communities. He represents and advises associations and individual unit owners in matters involving delinquent assessments, nuisance and quality-of-life issues, construction disputes, and governance challenges within condominium and planned community associations.

In addition, Robert counsels housing authorities and affordable housing developers on the acquisition, development, financing and structuring of affordable housing projects across the country. Locally, he represented the first six homebuyers to purchase homes in Bucks County under Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County’s innovative land trust model of home ownership.
