He advises founders on entity formation and the creation of equity incentive plans designed to grow their teams. He also counsels clients through separations, founder disputes and equity repurchases. Rodolfo has significant experience supporting M&A transactions and works closely with buy- and sell-side clients to minimize employment-related risks and to maximize the value of the transaction from an employment perspective.
