Biography
A member of the firm's Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Ron applies extensive knowledge of state and federal tax law to help clients complete transactions, structure entities, conduct business and manage investments in a tax-efficient manner.
He provides practical counsel on a broad range of business tax matters, advising clients proactively on how to avoid tax headaches, helping them resolve complex, existing tax problems and assisting them in navigating regulatory compliance and filing issues.
His practice includes designing partnerships, corporations, joint ventures and LLCs, applying for tax exemptions, managing debt and equity transactions, structuring and restructuring real estate investment portfolios for domestic and foreign investors, consulting on complex real estate deals such as Section 1031 exchanges and advising closely-held and family-owned enterprises on a full spectrum of matters including the purchase or sale of a business.
Ron is particularly well-versed in California's unique system of property taxation and has a wealth of experience assisting small and medium-sized businesses in navigating the tax implications of bankruptcy and debt restructuring.

Ron was a partner in Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh, which merged with Fox Rothschild in 2021.
