Biography

Savannah advises clients on tax strategies designed to maximize the return on business and corporate deals. She provides counsel on tax planning, entity formation and restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions, among other transactions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Savannah joined us full time after working as a summer associate at the firm. Her experience includes internships with two major international accounting firms and work for the University of Florida Low-Income Taxpayer clinic.

While in law school, she was President of OutLaw, a tax preparer with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, Secretary and Vice President of the Mental Health Law Society and on staff at the Florida Journal of International Law.
