Biography
Sean is a health care, employment and complex commercial litigator who assists clients in disputes before the federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
Health Care
In one representative matter, Sean assisted in a client’s certificate of need appeal that involved multiple dispositive motions and a four-week bench hearing.
Employment
Sean has also assisted clients in resolving employment discrimination matters and other workplace issues. He advises clients before litigation arises and in disputes before federal district courts. His experience includes successful dispositive motions practice.
Municipal and County Litigation
He also has experience assisting municipal and county clients with matters before the federal courts, including defending constitutional and civil rights claims.
Business Litigation
Sean also handles complex business litigation matters. He has assisted national and local businesses in a variety of industries to resolve cases in North Carolina’s state and federal courts.
Before Fox Rothschild
During law school, Sean worked at Fox Rothschild as a summer associate. He also served as Managing Editor of the North Carolina Law Review.
Upon graduating from law school, Sean served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
