Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Evan W. Rassman to our Wilmington office as a Partner in the Real Estate Department.

His deep legal knowledge in the areas of real estate development and finance will be a tremendous asset to our clients in Delaware and nationwide.”

Rassman focuses his practice on commercial real estate, serving primarily as developer’s counsel on major transactions. He advises developers and owners on the full lifecycle of real estate assets—starting at acquisition and continuing through financing, structuring of joint ventures, construction, leasing and finally disposition. Rassman also represents real estate private equity funds in formation, mezzanine and equity investments, acquisitions and fund disposition.

He supports clients in matters involving a range of properties, including hotels and other hospitality establishments, multifamily residential, offices, shopping centers and retail space, industrial facilities, hospitals and health care, self-storage and renewable energy.

Rassman earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Delaware.

Rassman joins us from Cohen Seglias where he served as Chair of the Business Transaction Group and Managing Partner of the Delaware office.
