Biography
A litigator, Shaun guides clients through all stages of dispute resolution and provides advice on risk-mitigation strategies.
Shaun helps companies efficiently and effectively defend against a broad range of business-sensitive commercial litigation in state and federal court.
He has experience as a public prosecutor and representing public sector clients and law enforcement officers in civil litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Shaun joined us from the Orange County District Attorney's Office where he worked as a Deputy District Attorney and previously as a Fellow following his law school graduation. Shaun has also practiced at a California boutique law firm that focused on defending law enforcement.
While earning his law degree, Shaun externed for the Los Angeles Superior Court with the Honorable Dierdre Hill and was a volunteer law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
