Biography
Sophie advises developers, homebuilders and property owners on purchasing, selling, financing and leasing commercial, industrial and multifamily residential real estate.
She assists with purchase and sale agreements, post-closing agreements, easements and other transactional documents as well as a full range of real estate development issues.
Sophie brings a background in tax and wealth planning to her practice and has experience representing borrowers in financing transactions, helping clients structure and negotiate loan documents and other lending arrangements.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Sophie was an associate at a Denver law firm while earning her LL.M. in Taxation.
During law school, she was a student attorney in the Community Innovation & Equity Project at Sturm College of Law. She also served as a judicial intern to Judge Elizabeth B. Volz of Colorado's 18th Judicial District.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Sophie has volunteered at several hospitals in the Denver area. She previously volunteered at schools in India and Nepal, and spent a gap year volunteering at a community center in Guatemala.
