Tim had more than four decades of experience defending the interests of business clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings, with an emphasis on asbestos, industrial chemicals and products liability.

His practice spanned a wide range of civil litigation, including the defense of toxic tort and occupational disease claims.

Tim’s experience included more than 25 years as regional counsel for a Fortune 25 manufacturing company and more than 20 years of service on a national coordinating counsel team for a Fortune 200 biotech agricultural company.

Tim was a partner and leader of the Manufacturing Industry Group at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
