Managing Partner of the Seattle office and a member of Fox Rothschild's Management Council, Ward focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.

He has substantial experience in the defense of product liability disputes and the prosecution of trade secret and related intellectual property claims. He has successfully defended manufacturers against product liability claims throughout the United States, and has also represented local companies in litigation involving allegations of patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. His practice involves both trial work and alternative dispute resolution.

Ward assists a wide variety of manufacturers in creating risk management programs designed to reduce exposure to product liability, warranty, and other product-related claims. He also counsels employers concerning the protection of trade secrets and other intellectual property.
