Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Bryan Case, who was selected by the Puget Sound Business Journal to its 40 Under 40 list.

The list spotlights “top leaders in their organization and industry” throughout Washington State who are “making an impact in business, philanthropy and in their communities.”  Case was the only lawyer selected this year.

As a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, Case focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, with an emphasis on representing insurance companies in high-stakes and novel bad faith coverage and claim disputes arising from large property losses and/or personal injury claims. Case's philosophy is to leave everything he finds better than he found it.  He does that through tireless hard work and dedication to his clients, colleagues, law firm and the community.

Active in the community, Case is a founding member and current president of the Bothell Police Foundation, which aims to build a safer and more connected local community between citizens and law enforcement while providing needed equipment, training, and resources to the police department to help achieve that goal. He also serves as pro bono counsel for the Assistance League of Eastside, an organization that helps school children and families challenged by hardship or violence.

Case coaches youth soccer and basketball teams through the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club and Holy Family Kirkland Parish School. In the past, Case was a “Best Buddy” to kids at Ryther and a volunteer golf coach with The First Tee of Greater Seattle, which teaches underprivileged children life skills and character-building through golf.

Case is active in numerous professional organizations, including the Washington Policy Center, the Federalist Society, and Gonzaga Alumni Association.

He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University.
