Wes is an experienced commercial litigator and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department. He assists clients in resolving a wide variety of employment disputes. 

His experience in employment litigation includes:

Employment Counseling
Wes counsels employers with respect to hiring practices, background checks, employee handbooks, employee discipline and termination practices, employment and contractor agreements, restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, protection of trade secrets, employee terminations, severance, employee leave, and compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws.

Wes also has experience representing domestic and international companies of all sizes in a broad range of business litigation and complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, consumer protection, negligence, defamation, tortious interference and other business tort claims.
