Biography
Deborah assists clients with a full array of real estate transactions.
She focuses her practice on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and multifamily residential properties, assisting throughout the transaction with:
- Riders and contracts of sale
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Title review
Deborah also advises real estate lenders and performs reviews of variance, site plan, building permit, fill and subdivision applications.
She counsels clients on strategies to mitigate the risk of lawsuits. Should a dispute arise, Deborah guides clients through all stages of the process, from inception to resolution.
Before Fox Rothschild
Deborah joined us from a boutique New York law firm. She previously clerked for a Long Island firm and was a judicial intern for the New York County Supreme Court, Civil Branch.
During law school, Deborah was an active member of the Real Estate Law Association, serving one term as president and one as secretary. She was also a member of the Business Law Society, the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and managing articles editor for a volume of the Journal of International Business and Law.
