Commercial Mortgage‑Backed Securities
Evan is particularly well-versed in representing borrowers in CMBS financing, with a focus on the origination, restructuring and workout of complex commercial real estate loans. His work spans office, multifamily, hospital and health care assets, and includes negotiating loan documents, intercreditor agreements, title and survey, and servicing matters.

He understands how to work closely with special servicers and direct certificate holders, and he guides his clients in resolving issues that arise over the life of CMBS loans.
