While it has never been fully comfortable or even safe to be LGBTQ+ in many independent schools, the current wave of misinformation and weaponization of DEIB initiatives across the U.S. has shined even more uncomfortable light on the school experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals and groups. 

This session is an opportunity to get an overview of the LGBTQ+ legal landscape and compliance issues facing independent schools, including new Pennsylvania regulations and to ask legal expert your questions.
