At the Pinnacle of Success: Tales From STEM Innovators
Women who are truly blazing the trail as innovators in STEM will share how they worked their way up to become leaders in their field. In addition to discussing their own personal challenges and triumphs, our panelists will explore the workplace realities that women in STEM commonly encounter and share tips for successfully navigating them. They will also discuss how entrepreneur support organizations, such as technology accelerators, often engage in outreach and recruitment tactics that benefit men rather than women, and explore how women STEM entrepreneurs can successfully access funding.
