Biography

Kelly represents clients in labor and employment litigation and advises businesses on a broad range of workplace policies and procedures.

She is particularly adept at defending employers against harassment and discrimination claims and advising organizations on leave and other accommodation issues. Kelly also conducts investigations into allegations of employment discrimination, workplace misconduct and regulatory violations.

Before Fox Rothschild

Kelly was a summer associate at Fox. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Karen M. Williams, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

During law school, Kelly was a student representative with LexisNexis.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Kelly has volunteered with The Ronald McDonald House in Camden, New Jersey and The Virginia Home, a residential care facility for adults with irreversible disabilities in Richmond, Virginia.

In law school, Kelly was Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. As an undergraduate, she was captain of the University of Richmond Division I field hockey team and twice named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team.
