Biography

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology sector and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence, Lou is responsible for management of the firm's Information Services Department.

He directs the development, implementation, support and use of the firm's information and technology systems. He regularly assesses the firm's technology needs to meet and exceed client needs and recommends practical, cost-effective solutions that offer improved service and functionality. 

Lou's philosophy is to "reimagine what is possible," advancing the firm and its technology needs, improving and simplifying both the client and employee experience, crafting a change-focused architecture that considers scale and agility and emphasizing security, a constant priority.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Lou spent nine years as the Managing Director and Chief Information and Technology Officer of Glenmede Trust Company, a prominent investment and wealth management firm. He also held senior technology roles at PNC Global Investment Servicing (GIS), BNY Mellon, UBS Financial Services, Sun National Bank, Alliance Consulting and Commerce National Bank. 

While at Alliance Consulting, which had its headquarters at the time in the World Trade Center in New York, Lou was serving as National Practice Manager for Digital Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture. He was selected by the CEO and President of Alliance to lead all aspects of the business and technology recovery of the company during and after the events of September 11, 2001.
