Biography
Megan is an experienced litigator who handles high-stakes, complex commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate level.
Based in the Pittsburgh office, she represents and advises clients in litigation and compliance matters, focusing on the technology and transportation industries as well as the financial services sector, in which she is particularly well versed.

Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining the firm, Megan served as a financial services litigation associate at an international law firm in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, she was an associate at a prominent litigation firm in Washington, D.C.
After law school, Megan clerked for the Honorable Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Megan has a strong commitment to pro bono service and has represented asylum seekers and incarcerated individuals to overcome legal barriers to relief.
