A Miami-based real estate team from Fox Rothschild represented Alta Coral Gables LLC in securing $94.2 million in construction financing for Cassia, a luxury condominium project located in Coral Gables, Florida.

Cassia will feature 174 for-sale residences in a 12-story building, offering a range of one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses. With architecture inspired by the classic style of Coral Gables and luxury finishes throughout, Cassia aims to elevate modern living in this iconic Miami submarket. Construction is currently underway with anticipated delivery in 2028.
