Litigation Partner Anthony Scali Joins Fox Rothschild in New York
Fox Rothschild welcomes Anthony P. Scali as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department in the New York office.
“Anthony is a sophisticated, business‑minded litigator with a strong command of real estate disputes and financial services matters,” said E. Bradley Gould, the firm’s New York Office Managing Partner. “His experience representing institutional clients in complex, high‑value matters will be a tremendous asset to our New York litigation team and to clients across the firm.”
Scali represents financial institutions, commercial lenders, corporate clients and investors in complex commercial litigation and real estate disputes in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey. A strategic litigator with deep experience in the financial services sector, he guides institutional clients through high‑stakes enforcement actions, mortgage litigation, guaranty disputes, lender liability claims and commercial lease controversies.
Scali works closely with asset managers and in‑house counsel to evaluate litigation exposure, craft enforcement strategies and manage risk across commercial real estate portfolios and loan transactions. His practice also encompasses civil RICO matters, business tort claims and disputes arising from managed services agreements and commercial contracts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Scali has significant transactional experience in commercial real estate, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. He also counsels business owners on entity formation, corporate governance and the preparation of organizational documents, including shareholder and partnership agreements, operating agreements and third‑party contracts.
Scali earned his J.D. from New York Law School and has a B.A. from Fordham University.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Scali was a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.
