Fox Rothschild congratulates Nicolas J. Cherry on his selection to Greenville Business Magazine’s Best & Brightest 35 and Under list.

The annual list highlights individuals under the age of 35 who are dedicated to making a difference in their workplace and the Greenville community. 

Cherry, an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, advocates for national and regional clients in product liability, toxic and mass torts and personal injury in state and federal courts. “I am proud to defend the businesses participating in the thriving South Carolina market,” he told Greenville Business Magazine. He advises major corporations, including top manufacturers and retailers of industrial equipment and automotive products, on a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial.

“Staying active in the Greenville community is important to me,” Cherry said. This past year he was selected for Leadership Greenville, a 10-month program designed to “inform and prepare qualified leaders” for Greenville County. Throughout the program, he worked on projects with participants from various sectors, aiming to meet public needs while promoting collaboration with community partners. “Completing Leadership Greenville (Class 50!) was one of the highlights of my year,” he added.

Cherry is also a member of the Greenville Literacy Association board.
