Biography

Pam is an experienced litigation attorney who represents clients across a wide range of industries in labor and employment and commercial litigation matters. 

She is a strategic legal adviser who draws on her experiences as an in-house litigator at a multinational company and in private practice to deliver holistic and effective solutions to complex legal issues that align with her clients’ primary goals and business priorities, providing practical advice on the most challenging business issues. 

Pam successfully manages litigation across various states and federal jurisdictions. She also represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration.

    In her Labor & Employment litigation practice, Pam advises employers on a broad array of employment disputes that arise under local, state and federal laws, including:

      Before Fox Rothschild

      Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Pam was an associate at a boutique trial law firm in Chicago. Before that, she was a litigation associate at a global law firm. Earlier in her career, Pam served as in-house counsel at a multinational fast-food corporation.

      While earning her law degree, Pam was a judicial extern for the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (appointed in 2023 to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois) and clerked for a law firm focusing on employment and contract law. She also practiced as an advanced standing student attorney for her law school's Community Preservation Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic. Pam also clerked for the legal department of a national mortgage lending and financial services company and was a litigation extern for the Global Labor and Employment Practice Group at a multinational risk and insurance brokerage consulting firm. Additionally, during law school, Pam was the Managing Editor of the University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology and Policy

      Before law school, Pam interned for the Honorable Rafael A. Arreola in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego and in the Washington, DC office of then-Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi.

      Beyond Fox Rothschild

      Pam is active in professional and community organizations and local and national bar associations. She regularly speaks on issues related to alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation and employment litigation matters. She has served as a guest speaker at University of Illinois College of Law. 

      Additionally, Pam maintains an active pro bono practice. She has provided legal services to a variety of local and national legal organizations, including the Indo-American Center’s Cyriac D. Kappil Legal Clinic, Woodlawn Legal Aid Clinic, Equip for Equality’s Special Education Clinic, Street Law, and the Illinois Torture and Inquiry and Relief Commission.
