Fox Rothschild welcomes Chelsy M. Jantsch to the Minneapolis office as Counsel in the Real Estate Department.

Jantsch advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate finance, sales and dispositions as well as renewable energy development.

She represents institutional, life insurance, bridge and community banking lenders as well as private equity and hedge funds in a full range of complex commercial and multifamily residential finance transactions, including construction, permanent, conduit and mezzanine loans.

Jantsch drafts and negotiates commercial and renewable energy leases, purchase and sale agreements and structures all aspects of loan and development transactions.

She also has experience managing projects through every stage of development and assists clients with land acquisition and the structuring of mortgage loan and land banking documents.

Jantsch earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Fox, Jantsch was Associate General Counsel at a utility-scale renewable energy developer focusing on wind, solar, storage and battery projects.

Before that, she was a Shareholder at Moss & Barnett.
