Biography

Renee focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing clients in wage and hour and other workplace disputes at trial, on appeal and in mediation and other dispute resolution forums.

Her appellate experience includes arguing multiple cases before the Alaska Supreme Court. Renee also provides advice on employment contracts, particularly the enforceability of non-complete clauses.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Renee was an associate based in the Denver office of a national law firm. She was also an associate at an Anchorage, AK-based firm. 

During law school, she was an intern for the Colorado Governor's Office of Policy & Research, focusing on health law, insurance and health care workforce issues. Renee was also a legislative fellow to Colorado State Sen. Irene Aguilar and a judicial intern to the Honorable William W. Hood III, then of the Colorado 2nd Judicial District Court.
