Biography
Renee represents employers in workplace litigation and disputes, including those involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She defends clients at trial, on appeal, in mediation and through other alternative dispute resolution forums. Her appellate experience includes appearing before the 10th and 4th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and arguing multiple cases before the Alaska Supreme Court.

Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Renee was an associate in the Denver office of a national law firm. She previously practiced as an associate at an Anchorage, Alaska-based firm.
During law school, Renee served as an intern for the Colorado Governor's Office of Policy and Research, where she focused on health law, insurance and healthcare workforce issues. She also served as a legislative fellow to Colorado State Senator Irene Aguilar and as a judicial intern to the Honorable William W. Hood III, then of the Colorado 2nd Judicial District Court.
