They will explain the “who, what, when, where, and why” of disputing cited deficiencies through informal dispute resolution (IDR) and independent informal dispute resolution (IIDR). They will assist members in building a roadmap to navigate the process of disputing cited deficiencies effectively. The session will focus on strategies facilities should adopt to increase the likelihood of success in IDR and IIDR.
