Labor & Employment

Whether it is our experience serving as general counsel to long-term care facilities or representing residential health care clients in a range of labor and employment disputes, our attorneys are well-versed in the challenges such businesses face.

With an eye toward preventing future liability, we collaborate with clients to assess risk in the areas of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation and wage and hour disputes. And we have extensive experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements, employee handbooks, leave policies and benefit plans, as well as J-1 Physician waivers and immigration applications and policies. Our attorneys have been advising clients on COVID-19 related employment issues, including the development and implementation of mandatory testing and vaccination policies.
