Music Law Trio Joins Fox Rothschild
Fox Rothschild welcomes Ronald S. Bienstock and Mark S. Hanna to the Morristown, NJ office as partners in the Entertainment & Sports Law Department.
Associate Zachary E. Klein will be joining the Entertainment & Sports Law Department in Morristown with Bienstock and Hanna.

“Bringing more than six decades of combined legal experience, and backgrounds in the performing arts, Ron and Mark will be valuable assets to the firm’s music clients throughout the country,” said Catherine E. Youngman, Fox’s Morristown Office Managing Partner.
Bienstock structures transactions and commercial agreements to provide optimal returns for his clients. If a formal dispute arises, he guides them through litigation involving a full range of licensing, patent, trademark and copyright infringement issues.
Over his career, he has been involved in multiple landmark music industry and intellectual property cases. He works with music instrument manufacturers, songwriters, producers, recording artists, musicians, authors and others in the entertainment industry, helping to protect their ability to profit from their craft and prevent others from taking advantage of their intellectual property.
Some of Bienstock’s clients have been with him for four decades, many artists for their entire careers. He was among the first music attorneys to create intraband agreements and bifurcated major label and publishing agreements.
Bienstock earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Hanna is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, with nearly 25 years of first chair trial experience. On behalf of his clients, he aggressively litigates intellectual property and commercial disputes at trial and before appellate courts.
In addition, he counsels clients on drafting and negotiating significant commercial, intellectual property and employment agreements and has represented world-famous artists on licensing and transactional matters.
Hanna earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from Lehigh University.
Prior to joining Fox, Bienstock was a partner with Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC and Hanna was shareholder with Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff PC. Klein was an associate with Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC.
